How it works
1. Tell me about your idea
Share what you’re envisioning, including the type of piece, approximate size, colors, wording or personalization, quantity, event date or deadline, and any inspiration photos you may have.
2. Receive your custom quote
I’ll review your request and send pricing, recommended materials or options when needed, and an estimated turnaround time.
3. Approve your quote & reserve your project
Once your quote is approved, a 50% deposit is required to begin the design process and reserve your production spot. You’ll receive a design proof for approval before production begins. The remaining balance is due before pickup, delivery, or shipping.
4. I’ll bring it to life
After approval, your piece moves into production and is carefully finished, packaged, and prepared for shipping, delivery, or local pickup when available.
Custom work is one of my favorite parts of SWL Designs. I love taking an idea that exists in your head and turning it into something thoughtfully designed, beautifully made, and uniquely yours.
